Auction house, France flashback Aberthau house 4397 W 2nd Ave, West Point Grey [49.271483,-123.205051] Also in Season 1 Episode 10 (as Rebecca's house) & Season 2 Episode 12 Aberthau Mansion, built in 1910-13, has 22 rooms and 5.85 acres. The name is Welsh for "a place filled with light". It was privately owned until the Federal Government expropriated it in 1938 for use as an Officers' Mess. In 1972, it was turned over to the City of Vancouver and became the West Point Grey Community Centre.
