Weather: Foggy, Hi 64

all day Scenic Cruising The Inside Passage
(3pm Royal Dutch Tea)

Fitbit stats:
To bed: 12:25 am, Got up: 8:51 am (7:51 asleep)
Steps: 5,662 (2.66 miles)
Floors: 9

I woke up briefly around 5:45 to find Kim looking out our window hoping to spot a whale. I watched for about 15 minutes before going back to sleep (no whales seen). Most of the day was very foggy so the 'scenic cruising' was unfortunately not very scenic. We attended a Royal Dutch Tea in the afternoon. Dinner was one of the designated 'formal nights' so we got dressed up and ate in the main dining room. I tried escargot at dinner (kind of like eating mushrooms if you don't look at them too closely). By evening the clouds had cleared off enough to enjoy the sunset. Afterwards, we went to a dance show performed by the ship's crew. After 4-5 hokey song-and-dance routines, I found myself channeling Simon Cowell in regards to "cruise ship performances" and returned to our stateroom to sort through the photos on my phone instead.
